The Power of Energy Clearing: Release Negativity & Restore Balance

Stuck thoughts, beliefs and energy accumulate in our energy field. If those thoughts are negative an energy drain happens, which drops the vibration and frequency of our energy bodies and affects our mood.  At that point we need to be consciously aware when our vibration has slowed or lowered and clear the disturbance from our minds, emotions and body ideally as soon as we notice it, then we can let it go. But it’s easier said than done sometimes. Often, we have blind spots for ourself and then it’s time to reach out for some extra support.

When we have cleared our own entangled energy field and mental clutter either for ourselves or with a facilitator, we immediately feel lighter and less burdened. Self-help tools that I use to do this are breathing, tapping, havening or releasing fixed attention and soul talk kinesiology

 When we have unburdened ourself, thoughts and sensations go through us without resistance or judgements and life-force moves through us again without attaching or accumulating in our energy field. Energy flows and we feel light and free.

Ideally it would be wonderful to feel light and free all the time but we are all human doing our best to stay balanced and it takes a certain present moment awareness to keep on track. I think it’s super important to use our minds in a deliberate way keeping our focus on what we want to feel, creating a reality we want, at the same time letting go of the outcome of the how it will happen.

Just staying in the moment and trusting that it is being done and it's not even us doing it. Our job is to keep open and surrender to that present moment in a way that it’s possible to just watch, relax and allow.
